- en（ctrl）端子的输入电压标准值与电源电压相关，因此不相同。如果in=3.3v，请参考下面的datasheet图。bd6520f、bd6522f为“contorl input voltage vs supply voltage”、bd6524hfv为“en input voltage vs ambient temperature”、其他机型为“en、/en input voltage vs supply voltage”。

  。逆流的产品在开关off（en＝off）时，如果向out施加比in高的电压，可能会因电流流入寄生二极管等而导致劣化及损坏。向out施加比in高的电压时，请使用能够防止逆流的机型。对应型号在datasheet中记载为“防止开关off时的逆流（reverse current protection when power switch off）”。

- 输出连接大电容电容器（usb规格120μf以上）不会出现问题。但是，使ic on，输出启动时，对c_l充电，因此会产生冲击电流。根据c_l的值，冲击电流被控制在限制电流值，ic变为检测到过电流的状态。高边开关ic将此状态持续/oc端子（flag）输出延迟时间以上时，从/oc端子输出“l”。
